Her practice focuses on helping her clients get to the root cause of their digestive and metabolic issues by assessing food sensitivities, and educating them on her evidence-based method for losing weight while eating more. After transforming her own health with food, Ashley pursued a career in nutrition and graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in culinary nutrition, and Alive Academy with a diploma in holistic nutrition. When she’s not with clients, you’ll find her developing recipes or in the back of a cute coffee shop writing blog content or planning her next project.
