Ingredients
- ¼ lemon, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 ½ cups nut milk of choice
- 2 big kale leaves, roughly torn
- ½ apple, roughly chopped
- ½ banana
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
